If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, you may return any regularly stocked merchandise to us within thirty (30) days for a full refund, credit or exchange. Returns will not be accepted for sale items, clearance or special orders. Please contact us by phone or email to make arrangements to package and ship the item back to us. Merchandise must not be used and must be in new condition before you return it. We recommend that you try on waders, boots, and other items to make sure of a proper fit inside a clean environment so the item will not be dirty or soiled. Used or soiled, dirty waders or wading shoes will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit. We are also unable to accept any rods that have a dirty cork grip.
In the event that your product is defective and under warranty, please let us know and we will provide information you need to contact the manufacturer. If you need our assistance in resolving issues with the manufacturer we will be happy to work with you to see that any issues are resolved.
Items Not In Stock
We strive to keep our inventory up to date. However, some items, especially flies, are very difficult to keep in stock during the peak of the fishing season. If you order an item that we do not have in stock, we will email you or give you a call immediately to let you know when we expect to be able to ship it. We will not charge your credit card until we ship the product to you. If the item is in stock we will ship it the day (M-F) we receive your order if we receive the order before noon mountain time.
